Interactive Art Director

Web Advanced's Interactive Art Director is an experienced, highly creative leader who is interested in building thoughtful, responsive websites and web apps. Working within a small agency across a wide variety of industries, the role reports to the Chief Creative Officer and works in close collaboration with the design, front-end, and backend development teams. The ideal candidate would have interest in, and is able to fulfill, two roles within a project:
1) user experience design (often utilizing a lean UX approach), and 2) visual design. Our pace and workflow allows our team to focus on a small handful of projects at a time. It's a fantastic opportunity for those who have a passion for defining and influencing a project's user experience and its look & feel. Frequent Projects Full Website Redesigns We revise brand websites from top to bottom, either to align with a recent brand identity refresh, change in business model, or an existing site has become outdated. Product Storytelling In the context of a marketing-driven landing page, the UX/UI Designer considers a product's set of messages and values, architecting a sequence of storytelling that communicates the core value and moves the user further along their purchase path. Web Applications Examples:
Product Configurator, Style Visualizer, Tourist Destination Module (maps, photos, highlights, local deals - all accessible through a single intuitive UI) The Interactive Art Director contributes the following to a project:
competitive research stakeholder interviews information architecture creative direction visual design interaction design style guide creation user testing analysis prototyping While HTML & CSS coding skills are not a requirement, a background in basic HTML and CSS coding is preferred. We find the most success when our designers have insight into how their design decisions influence the development approach. Requirements Experience in providing UX and design across responsive websites Expert in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, document management tools The ability and desire to learn independently and collaboratively Highly creative problem-solving skills A strong desire to learn new skills and work within the latest UX/design considerations Must be able to multi-task multiple tasks and priorities Position requires significant time on the computer (keyboarding, mouse clicking), making phone calls, participating in meetings, and limited travel to client sites This is a full time, on-site position at our office in Irvine, CA. Salary Range:
$80K -- $100K
Minimum Qualification
Design & UXEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
