Qualifications:
- Strong mechanical knowledge and experience in general maintenance.
- Proficiency in electrical systems, including working with logic controllers.
- Experience with building maintenance operations including the following:
Electric Heating Boilers Electrical Maintenance Dehumidification - Experience in the following areas is highly preferable:
Plumbing Drywall Flooring (tile, linoleum, rubber) Welding
Responsibilities:
- Perform general maintenance tasks including repairs, installations, and inspections.
- Conduct routine maintenance on machinery and equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical and electrical issues.
- Weld and fabricate metal components as needed.
- Respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner and prioritize tasks accordingly.
- Collaborate with other team members to complete projects and tasks efficiently.
- Provide excellent customer service when interacting with employees or tenants.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think logically.
- Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
