Full Time Accounting Clerk
Staff Today Inc. is currently hiring Accounting Clerks to work Full Time at a Mental Health Facility located in Rochester, NY. This position is a temporary long term assignment with a Full Time schedule of 8:30a-4:30p Monday through Friday. Specific Duties will include but are not limited to:
o Act as the Receptionist for the Business Office
o Ordering office supplies
o Scanning and submitting invoices for payment
o Sorting and distributing mail
o Filing of paperwork
o Assisting with the accounts payable function.
o Mailing and distributing checks from the patient cash system.
