Job Description
In this role, you will work with cross-functional groups to ensure product and process quality meets high Bosch standards. In this position, you will actively participate in product development and root cause investigation teams. This position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic team environment with diverse individuals and groups located worldwide.
+ Lead the corrective action process (8D) as the problem solving expert
+ Monitor field performance using global returns database
+ Analyze production and field data using statistical methods
+ Identify and lead product and process continuous improvement projects (CIP) throughout the organization
+ Support sustaining engineering design improvements
+ Assist with analysis of measurement data and perform Gage R&R
+ Work closely with manufacturing plant to address product and process quality issues
+ Responsible for product and process quality within a gated product engineering process
+ Perform ISO9001:2015 internal process audits as member of internal audit team
You hold a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Applied Statistics, or related field.
You bring a minimum of 3 years? experience as a quality professional. You have strong problem solving and root cause analysis skills. You have familiarity with quality methods, e.g.- QFD, CTQ, FMEA, DRBFM. You bring robust experience working in MS excel and Minitab (or other statistical software). Ideally, you also have familiarity with Minitab. DFSS experience in electronic hardware/software design and development is preferred, along with DMAIC understanding. ISO9001 lead auditor certified preferred.To be successful in this position individual must have a high level of self-motivation, a drive for self-development, and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Periodic international travel may be required.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
